ARCHIMEDES

Archimedes is a 6-week hybrid program that focuses on building general strength, strength endurance, work capacity, and climbing fitness. We're using a variety of movements and all loading is based on individual fitness levels. This makes the cycle ideal for newer athletes as well as an effective maintenance program for advanced athletes who want to maintain their fitness base ahead of the fall and winter seasons.

To ensure members are stronger, faster and smarter we provide constant feedback and education on technique, efficiency, mindset, nutrition, and mobility and recovery techniques. Thus, members are better prepared to direct the improvement of their overall performance.

Our space is a facility with all the tools we require and each one of our members undergo various forms of physical and psychological training in order to progress towards a very specific or measurable objective.
