We offer the artful application of calculated stress, professional instruction, and program design for members that come from a variety of backgrounds and professions.
Our training sessions are varied, but never random, and the workouts are performed with intensity yet never at the expense of posture or safety. There are a number of training options offered 6 days a week in small group, and semi-private settings. Sessions are conducted day and evening in a low-key, progress-minded training environment for both men and women.

Our 3,600 square foot North East Bend location is devoid of mirrors, TVs, a juice bar, and similar distractions. What you will find here is training equipment and space sufficient for the task, music, inspiration, and milestones.
